Mentoring is considered an important part of all BoysTown programs, recognising that the most successful people in the world attribute much of their success to having a caring, supportive and knowledgeable mentor.

BoysTown offers specialised support for young people disengaging from school, encouraging them to view school, training and work as relevant, worthwhile, positive and fulfilling.
